The quote is from ingame when you choose the map. Yes I do believe this was part of the contest Blizzard ran in which the winning maps would become "official Blizzard maps" in TFT, there is around 6 maps in TFT that were included because of this contest.Baggins 00:09, 6 March 2007 (EST)
