::There's ''always'' room to swing a cat. You just need to choke up on the tail in restricted areas. As for the ships at Venture Bay, though, my idea is that they merely plow through the dock sections that are in the way, which are then rebuilt before the next ship arrives. Poor Design

There's always room to swing a cat. You just need to choke up on the tail in restricted areas.
