Global Cooldown

What no-one mentions here is wether this procs the GCD, I only got this last night and personally can't see myself using it much over my blue dragon/soulful mediditation pairing for mana regen unless I think i'm going to get stuffed for not enough healing.

BUT it seemed in the one test I did that this trinket doesn't proc the GCD, yet I'm surprised to not see this mentioned, perhaps its implicitly assumed that the GCD doesn't proc off trinket use, but that was my very first question on seeing the effect - do i want a 2000 heal if it consumed my GCD essentially making it take 1.5 seconds of my casting chain when I could break that with a 2500+ flash heal (mana not being an issue for me most of the time)... But since it didn't appear to pop the GCD (or i was simply lagging ... again) its more of a bonus heal...

If someone can confirm my observation about this being off the GCD I believe this comment should be added as it fundamentally defines the usefulness of the trinket for any shaman/priest healer with a half decent ammount of +healing.

And if theres some hidden and implicit rule that trinkets never proc the GCD that could be part of the comment, but we're not all game mechanic knowledgebases, thats half the point of the wiki eh?
