These values in my opinion are really low cuz 1108 mana is nothing compared to the 8K mana a Mage has ! Yeah mages spells cost much but still 1K mana is still nothing !

I think it's not an ability that is designed for PvP use. It's for use on bosses in combination with warlock mana drain. If it were much higher then it would be too powerful in PvE.

Combinations

When used with wound and deadly/mind numbing poison it's very annoying for a priest, especially if they're not specced holy.
