Default settings of Who?Edit

We've been trying to figure out what who returns by default (if you just hit 'O' and click 'Who'). It doesn't seem to follow any pattern at all - is it just the first 49 people the server finds? Artaxiel 10:02, 21 July 2006 (EDT)
