Rationale: game mechanics > lore, totem (information applicable to all melee classes) > Windfury Weapon ability (information applicable primarily to shaman). I don't think that would be correct, because "Windfury" can refer to several things but only this harpy organization is called Windfury without other words in it, as opposed to the abilities.
