Outdated? Edit

Windfury Weapon Edit

It is common belief that WF has a 1.5 second cooldown after a Normal Base WF. This is only true if u are dual wielding and A WF procs on one of ur weapons. Then the OTHER weapon has a 1.5 second cooldown on it before it can perform a WF.
