Missing NPCs Edit

When I first arrived here, it seemed that the innkeeper and many other NPC's were missing. The showed up after did the quest to rescue townspeople. Is this quest necessary to use the services of Wintergarde, or was it a fluke? Cowlinator (talk) 05:13, 1 December 2008 (UTC)

Outpost? Edit

I find it worthy to note, that at co-ords 79,35, if you take a path east at the top of the town, just by the sanctum, you will find a little outpost on top of the mountain. What makes this noteworthy, is that the is almost completely built boat there... on top of the mountain... well supplied and everything....
