  1. Keep Pzychotix 14:48, 30 May 2007 (UTC) - (This is completely different. This actually contains information on how a Linux user might be able to play WoW on his computer. WoW is not natively supported on Linux-type OSes, so this info is actually useful. The stuff at the Windows page is not.)
  2. Keep sammi 19:32, 2 June 2007 (UTC) - (optional This is a informative and very usefull page, that is used by most people who want to get WoW running on Linux. I don't understand why this should get deleted. Where else can this info be found on wowwiki? Is APΘLLΘ(ZEUS) just being a MS fanboy troll?)

CommentsEdit

I'm cancelling the vote because the page is well-used, especially the subpages. Unlike the other articles put up for deletion, this is not just a glossary article. Kirkburn talk contr 21:30, 2 June 2007 (UTC)

I am having problems with wine version .31. after logging in and selecting the character, it loads, and about about 5%, crashes with an error. Any ideas? --MajinBlayze 19:27, 27 February 2007 (EST)

The error itself would be useful info. Is it a Wine crash, or a WoW crash? Normal 23:27, 27 February 2007 (EST)

Split Wine/OS combination Edit

Should this page be renamed, or kept as Linux, and 'Wine' split off onto it's own section. If so, should Cedega and Crossover be similarly split, or kept with Wine as they're derivative works. Should we have pages for each and every OS that's known to run WoW under Wine? Normal 23:36, 27 February 2007 (EST)

I went ahead and did this so we could have a better information base without cluttering things see Linux/Wine, I'm going to try to get the userbase of WoW at AbbDB to start coming here, I'll talk to some of the super maintainers before I did something like only referring to that page, without the original guide there, but I think this will go smoothly, even if the transition takes a few days. Anyway, all the basic information is up there; Feel Free to edit!
