Talramas is a crashed Scourge necropolis near the Temple City of En'kilah in the Borean Tundra. Though the necropolis appears fully destroyed, the cultists inside are hard at work to get it back up in the air.
Lich-Lord Chillwinter is in command of the Necropolis. It is possible that due to his incompetence, he caused the Necropolis to crash. He urges the cultists to work faster to make the necropolis airborne again by the end of the day or else the Lich King will destroy all of them.
A crashed pilot from Fizzcrank Airstrip, Iggy "Tailspin" Cogtoggle, suggests that his wing of aircraft were somehow shot down by Gearmaster Mechazod. It is likely that Talramas crashed under a similar assault from the mechanical menace.
