Tarecgosa is a member of the blue dragonflight. She helps players discover Arygos's plan to side with Deathwing to take control of the dragonflight. When Kalecgos is ambushed by members of the Twilight dragonflight, Tarecgosa sacrifices herself to save his life, intercepting a magical blast meant for him. In desperation, Kalecgos asks players if they will be willing to have her essence bonded with them. This enables players later to attend the dragon council and assist in choosing the next leader of the blue dragonflight, and then Tarecgosa's essence is bonded with  [Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest], the legendary caster staff.
