Taste for Blood
Increase your Overpower critical strike chance by 20%/40%/60%. In addition, whenever your Rend ability causes damage, you have a 33%/66%/100% chance of allowing the use of Overpower for 9 sec. This effect will not occur more than once every 6 sec.

Taste for Blood is a Tier 3 talent in the Warrior's Arms tree.

It will allow you to use Overpower, if your enemy is bleeding (and not only, if he / she / it dodges).

Particulary combined with Glyph of Overpower and Unrelenting Assault it will increase the damage possible with Overpower.

Mention, that Rend ticks only all 3 seconds, so it could happen, that the first Overpower from Taste for Blood occurs not before 9 or 12 seconds.
