This item is used during

They can be acquired by using [Anuniaq's Net] on a School of Tasty Reef Fish in the sea near the Twin Shores. Doing this will net you 0-5 fish. It may also cause a shark to appear nearby.
These can also be looted from Great Reef Sharks, which cruise near the schools.
