Technician Joram appears to be one of the gnome engineers aboard the Pincer X2 during its ride through the Abyssal Depths to the Abyssal Breach during the quest Defending the Rift. Considering the Pincer X2 is destroyed by the naga and Joram does not appear elsewhere, there is a strong possibility he went down with the submarine.
