Teleportologist Fozlebub^{[57, 89.6]}

is a gnome that can be found fishing off the shore of Darkmoon Island near the south docks. He waits for players who want to purchase a teleport back to Maxima Blastenheimer for a nominal charge, free for those who hit close enough to the center of the bulls-eye as part of the The Humanoid Cannonball quest.
