Creatures category Edit

Can we get rid of the categorization entirely? I'm trying to clean up this category to contain just the main subcategories. Articles with this template should be placed in the appropriate subcats. I don't see any reason for an article with this template to be in the main category, except for the article Creature. -- Mordsith - (talk|contr) 21:48, 15 January 2009 (UTC)

Wasted potential Edit

This template has too much wasted potential, only having the list of the category then having a elemental sub category so i added the beast category using the hunter pets template since it's clearly defined using gameplay mechanics--Ashbear160 (talk) 15:05, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

When a template becomes a page long... its time to split it. And since all the other template types exist, this should go back to its original purpose... to navigate between the main creature types, not individual creature types. User:Coobra/Sig4 18:40, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Whoa huge jump, I don't think it's that big thought some parts could be trimmed, anyway it still does that, this is also the reason I didn't add humanoids or full elemental list in a row, i was going to do it slowly and see how it goes,that's the first category does but now it does something more, it still should be trimmed more in some parts--Ashbear160 (talk) 00:04, December 5, 2009 (UTC)

Maybe we could make it like the new mount template? When on a category, you only have that category's creatures listed. Template:Creaturefooter
