Perhaps this should be {{Stub/Cite}} or maybe {{Citeneeded}}? Using {{Fact}} seems misleading, since it really isn't a fact until the citation is added. --Fandyllic 9:11 AM PDT 5 May 2006

It doesn't make much sense to me either, but it's what Wikipedia uses, and it just kind of stuck with me. I think they have both Citeneeded and Fact.--Aeleas 12:12, 5 May 2006 (EDT)
