Usage Edit

There's been some discussion about the usage of this template. Does it make sense for items that don't exist yet to be marked NYI, but we know they will exist? For example with world events. For example, all the new Pilgrim's Bounty food and achievements - should those be marked NYI? They're in the data files because it's coming up soon, but you can't get any of those things.
