Talk & edit links incorrect outside Template namespace Edit

Not an urgent issue, by my reckoning, but the automatic talk and edit links are incorrect when this is used outside the Template namespace. They need a {{#if:{{#pos:{{{1}}}|:}}| ... }} wrapper.
