1. White, lavender - both look awful to yellow. Please change the color to something else that doesn't make it look like someone who is color blind made it.

1. Stop insulting my vision. White and gold are the first colors I think about when thinking holy priest or paladin, or (this kind of) monk.

2. The black (more of a dark grey, actually) in the icon does not detract from the template, at least not the way a fully black template would. In fact, I haven't thought about it until you mentioned it. Sure, if you could find one with white instead of black (grey), sure, I'd use that instead.
