Teng Thundermalt^{[36.3, 68.5]}

is the quartermaster for the Brewmasters. He can be found within Thirsty Alley at the entrance to the Stormstout Brewery in the Valley of the Four Winds, but only after players have completed the long series of quests up to and including Cleaning House.
