Casted by Sneed's Shredder in The Deadmines. Fears one character in your group for up to 5 seconds. Can only be used on 1 target at a time.

Notes

• It is advisable to clear out as much of the room as possible, in case you are feared into a group of goblins; this will most likely result in a wipe for your group.
