Tharg is a level 44 quest giver located in Brackenwall Village in the contested territory of Dustwallow Marsh. He is unhappy with Mok'Morokk's decision to run instead of fight the black dragons. His wife was killed by the black dragonflight, and he does not consider Brackenwall Village home and wants to reclaim his old home the Stonemaul ruins. With help from Draz'Zilb, Mok'morokk was eventually chased out of town and Tharg is likely to become the new chief, though many Ogres want Rexxar back.

He starts the quest  [43] Army of the Black Dragon (Elite).
