Tharil'zun is a level 24 elite named orc found in Stonewatch in the Redridge Mountains. Tharil'zun is the leader of the Blackrock Clan Outrunners and Gath'Ilzogg's chief lieutenant. He is responsible for some of the attacks on Lakeshire. Recently, Marshal Marris of Lakeshire has enlisted the help of Alliance adventurers to hunt down and kill this dangerous orc.
