The Awakening of Stormrage is Chapter 3 of the night elf campaign, Eternity's End. Tyrande Whisperwind and her night elf Sentinels manage to set up a base near Moonglade Isle. Sentinel scouts find out that the only way to Moonglade Isle has been taken by the Horde. The scouts also find out that Malfurion's Barrow Den is in danger of being destroyed by the Scourge.
The Sentinels begin to attack the orcs at Tyrande's command. Meanwhile the Burning Legion is felling the trees near the Stormrage Barrow Den. Soon the orcish base is destroyed by the night elves. Tyrande takes her forces and defeats the Primal Guardians and takes the Horn of Cenarius.
Tyrande blows the horn and Furion Stormrage wakes. Furion then awakens the Treants and leads them to attack the Legion's forces.
