The Damned can be found attacking Light's Hammer in Icecrown Citadel. They hit weakly, but do a 10,000 damage AoE in a 9 yard radius when they die, so AoEing down a large group is ill-advised.

Abilities

• Basic melee: 1-2k on plate.
•   [Shattered Bones]^ω ϖ 9 yd range—Deal 10000 damage to nearby enemies upon death. Instant
•   [Bone Flurry]^ω ϖ—Infuses the caster's attacks with fury, increasing attack speed by 100%. Instant. 10 sec duration.
