The Darksoul armor set is crafted by Blacksmiths with a skill level of 300. The plans can be bought from Rin'wosho the Trader at Yojamba Isle if you have sufficient reputation with the Zandalar Tribe. All pieces in the set are Bind on Equip. However you must have a skill level of 300 in Blacksmithing to get the set bonus.
