The Defias Traitor is a level 15 quest giver located in Sentinel Hill in the human territory of Westfall.
He starts the quest 
[18] The Defias Brotherhood, which is part of the chain for the boss quest for the Deadmines.
Because of his low level, attackable status, and Moonbrook's proximity to Stranglethorn Vale, the Horde griefing players on the escort quest by killing the traitor is common on some servers. Alliance players must look out for rogues, especially near the Deadmines entrance.
