The Facemelter was announced on April 1st 2008 as a sample item for the newly announced hero class for Wrath of the Lich King, bard. This item is not available in game and it is doubtful that it ever will be.

"This one goes to eleven" is a quote from the movie This is Spinal Tap, said by guitarist Nigel Tufnel when explaining why his amps are much louder then any other guitarist's. "Up to eleven" has since come to refer to anything being exploited to its utmost abilities.
