The Fires of Azeroth is a meta achievement for completing all instances of the (alliance) Honor the Flame quests, as shown by completing the Flame Warden achievements for  Eastern Kingdoms,  Kalimdor, and  Outland.

Completing this achievement is an objective of the meta achievement  [The Flame Warden].
