The Great Sambino^{[41.2, 34.2]}

is a quest giver located on the western end of the Silver Tide Trench in the Shimmering Expanse of Vashj'ir. Sambino is a neutral Bilgewater Cartel Goblin who is a novice member of The Earthen Ring. From the quest dialogue leading to finding Sam you can tell that the Earthen Ring does not see much room for improvement, because he doesn't seem to be taking his role seriously.

The Great Sambino (obviously a self-given title) modifies his new abilities given to him by the Earthen Ring. For instance, his Modified Earth Elemental is equipped with various different oddities and contraptions. He is found wearing a helmet even though The Earthen Ring can breath underwater. He is also found drilling into the sea bed and claims that this area is rich in resources. Along with him is Felice, another Goblin. A single quest is attainable from her.
