The Horseman's Signet Ring is a drop from the Headless Horseman. The Horseman is found in the Graveyard wing of Scarlet Monastery during the Hallow's End seasonal event.
Notes
It is identical in every way bar the name and icon to the Cobalt Band of Tyrigosa. So, theoretically, you could have two of the "same" ring, despite it being Unique.
