The Horseman's Reins summons the Headless Horseman steed (also known as the Headless Horseman's Mount)(scaling mount) which serves both as a flying mount and a ground mount.

This rare mount can be looted from Loot-Filled Pumpkin which is awarded once per day to players who use the Dungeon Finder to form a group to kill the Headless Horseman during the Hallow's End seasonal event. As of patch 3.0.2, this mount is usable in combat, although it must be channeled without interruption like any other mount.

Obtaining these reins will reward the achievement
