The Isle of Spears is an island west of the Howling Fjord [30.3, 68.6] in Northrend. Kamagua and Iskaal are located here. You can get here by taking the Ancient Lift.
Trivia
Jeff Kaplan joked that this island was named after Britney Spears, but that she will not actually be present on the island.[1]
