The Pipe^{[35.2, 82.9]}

is a pathway in Kezan that leads from Drudgetown to just near^{[26.0, 69.3]}

the First Bank of Kezan. It contains no mobs or NPCs, and seems to only serve as an alternative path.

On a side note, upon passing through the tunnel, on one side is a "window" showing the heart of a large factory. It appears to be an enormous engine with troll slaves busy laboring away inside.
