The Rulkster could be found in The Black Temple on PTRs during Patch 2.1 testing. His name was a play on The Hulkster, the nickname given to Hulk Hogan. The Rulkster did look like Hogan with his blonde hair and beard, and tan, bare-chested muscular body.
