The Stone Vault is located inside Uldaman, off the tunnel system beyond the Map Chamber. It is infested with troggs, including the giant Grimlok. The tunnels behind lead to Echomok Cavern, Dig Three, Temple Hall, or back to the Map Chamber, depending on which route is picked. The tunnel beyond leads to the Hall of the Crafters.
