Adarrah and her companions can be found in Thistleshrub Valley getting ready to lead the caravan into Uldum. She begins the questline for that zone.

The members of her caravan are as follows:

•   Tanzar
•   Harkor

Most of them ride their own camels, and there is at least one Pack Mule and a domesticated kodo that pulls the wagon. Lady Humps, a camel, is the final member, though Adarrah is quick to inform players that no one rides her.
