The Throne Room of Stormwind is located inside Stormwind Keep. It is the main hall of the keep and grants access to the War Room behind it, which contains all the battlemasters and Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth. The Throne Room itself is where the King of Stormwind, Anduin Wrynn, resides. Because of his still very young age, he is assisted in his rule by Highlord Bolvar Fordragon and Lady Katrana Prestor, who hold the actual power in Stormwind.
In Wrath of the Lich King, the physical throne now stands in Stormwind Keep, and as of build 8905 Varian Wrynn, the missing King and father of Anduin, now stands before it.
