This item drops from XT-002 Deconstructor in the 25-man version of Ulduar. This item is also obtainable from Dalaran at the NPC Magister Sarien for 19 Emblem of Conquest
Patch changes
- Hotfix (2009-04-22): "The Thunderfall Totem will no longer increase the casting time of Healing Wave or Lesser Healing Wave when Tidal Waves is active. [1]"
