The Thunderhorn Water Well is located in the midst of the grasslands in Mulgore^{[44, 46]}, by the north road between Thunder Bluff and Bloodhoof Village, like most of the other water sources in Mulgore, it is under the control of the nefarious Venture Company.

Cataclysm

With the Venture Co. no longer in the area causing problems the Grimtotem tribe, since being exiled from Thunder Bluff, have begun tainting the water supply in an attempt to harm not only the other tauren by Mulgore as a whole.
