Tidal Loop is a quest reward from the Horde and Alliance quest A Hero's Reward. This quest is part of a chain which starts with Poisoned Water and Stormers and Rumblers given by Duke Hydraxis in Azshara. To complete the quest, you must open Hydraxis' Coffer, found in the water south of Duke Hydraxis.
