Tier 11 is the armor set associated with Bastion of Twilight and Blackwing Descent, which were released with Cataclysm.

Details

Each set consists of five pieces. Tier 11 has one rank:

• Normal Tier 11 set pieces (item level 359), are purchasable using  Justice points (some purchasable with   Valor points before Patch 4.2) and Tokens from class vendors.
