Tiffin Wrynn was the wife of King Varian Wrynn of Stormwind and mother of Prince Anduin Wrynn. She was killed in a riot by the Stormwind Stonemasons' Guild (which would eventually become the Defias Brotherhood) while Anduin was still an infant. A rock thrown at her head was her bane, and she was given a royal funeral. After her death, King Varian went into a deep depression fuelled by Lady Katrana Prestor's sorcery that lasted ten long years.
