Timolain's Phylactery was a drop from the  Large Vile Slime in the Weeping Cave of Western Plaguelands until Patch 1.7 when it was removed from the game.

Origin

Speculation on the official forums led to the premature yet popular conclusion that Timolain is the wizard mentioned by Bardu Sharpeye and Alexia Ironknife, and therefore the crafter of Ashbringer. It has since then been revealed that King Magni Bronzebeard crafted the blade.^[1]
