This item drops from Hex Lord Malacrass in Zul'Aman.
The Tiny Voodoo Mask is the Bruning Crusade version of the Barov Peasant Caller, however they cannot be used together because using either trinket triggers a 60 second cooldown on the other. Since the summoned Voodoo Servants only last about 30 seconds and the summoned Servants of Barov only about 20 seconds, it is not possible to have both trinket's minions active at the same time.
- The summoned Voodoo Servants use a fast cast lightning bolt as an attack but have very little HP and die quickly to Area of Effect spells.
- This trinket is NOT useable in Arena despite the 10 minute cooldown.
