Tipsy

Tipsy is a condition that can affect players. You become tipsy when you drink an adult beverage like pinot noir, dwarven stout, or the mind-numbingly potent Darkmoon Special Reserve. The effect depends on the strength of the drink. Effects may include blurred vision and random turning when you try to move.

Continuing to drink strong beverages after becoming tipsy can make a player drunk.
