Overview
The Titanium Skeleton Key can be used by Blacksmiths to open locked doors or chests requiring up to 400 Lockpicking skill.
As a practical measure, this includes all Azeroth, Outland, and Northrend chests, It also includes the locked doors in all instances in Azeroth and in Outland.
