Oddly enough, those located outside the instance and within Neferset City drop a large amount of money for their location (usually over 1), as well the chance for rare loot one would expect those within the Lost City to drop. Important: you can only kill these mobs within Neferset City so long as you have not completed The Fall of Neferset City, otherwise they will be phased out.
