Were you looking for [Tome of Divinity] that is part of the A [12] The Tome of Divinity quest chain?

Inv misc book 07

A book of great value to the Clerics of Northshire Abbey. It somehow ended up in the clutches of Turok and his band of Ogres. Anduin Lothar led an expedition into the Deadmines to recapture the tome, but the Ogres emerged victorious in the dark depths of the mines. Anduin and a few survivors were captured and were made prisoners to be killed slowly.

In a vision Anduin Lothar was seen alive, and he was rescued by soldiers from Azeroth. The Tome of Divinity was taken out of the mine with Lothar, though Turok was not stopped. Finally the tome was returned to Northshire Abbey.

It is currently used in the training of new Paladins in both Stormwind and Ironforge[1].

Tomes of Divinity are common training tools for paladins, even the draenei keep copies to give out to their paladins as well.[2]

Tome of Divinity

In all things, paladins must reflect the Light, which supplements our strength. To strive to be divine for one of our kind does not mean we strive for godhood--we strive to be good in all actions.

Although called upon to smite evil in these harsh times, you must always remember that it's aiding others that will truly set you apart from the other citizens. Compassion, patience, bravery--these things mean as much to a paladin as strength in battle.

Know this well, and never forget it.
